I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the ski slopes and right in front of a supermarket. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great hospitality throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The spa area exceeded my expectations, especially the steam sauna. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Good location, nice village in the middle of the dolomites. Friendly enough staff, provided me with a sowing kit when I ripped my shorts. Clean rooms. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

It was pretty expensive given that it was really no better than plenty of hotels that charge half the price elsewhere, though this seems hard to avoid around Alba. They advertise the spa (very nice) as part of the hotel, but then tried to charge us more for this at the end.... I thought it was poor form (a) that you had to pay for hotel facities which were advertised as part of the fee and (b) that there was no indication that it would be charged until we got the bill.

Internet had excellent speed but its fee was not included in the price for hotel. For easy comparison to other surrounding hotels, this would be very welcome.

We loved the central location right next to a supermarket and near the Chiampac ski lift. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spa with a steam sauna and a pool. The breakfast was a highlight with a variety of pastries and freshly made fruit juice.

The sound isolation was not great and I could hear my neighbors quite clearly. It wasn't too bothersome, but it did affect my sleep a bit.

Spending Christmas at this mountain hotel was amazing! the convenient location, just a short walk to the ski slopes, made it the perfect place to spend our holidays. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. We especially loved the spa area, with its steam sauna, spacious pool, and relaxing jacuzzi. And, the breakfast each morning was delicious, with freshly made juice and omelettes made to order.
